  Every time my family have ordered from here online it has been a minimum of one hour for delivery. Tonight we called after 1.5hrs and were told that our food had been delivered to the wrong address and that it would be here within half an hour later. Called again after another half hour had passed and they said they'd have it to us ASAP - 10 minutes at most. No offer of even a partial refund for having to wait over 2 hours for a fast food delivery. Still waiting on the food but given their track record I'm not hopeful. Complete disgrace.

  Obligatory slow drive-thru but great customer service & hot, yummy chicken.
  Not many takeaway options in this area either.so well done RR.
  ALSO HAS DELIVERY SERVICE.
